Vortex Boys Volleyball
One of the main goals for starting Vortex Volleyball Club in 2017 was to provide an opportunity for boys to play volleyball in the Davis and Weber county areas. We have had boys team every year. We have a passion for growing the boys volleyball community in our local area, and we can't wait to see what this season brings! High School Volleyball is finally a high school sanctioned sport. We are proud to have been a small part in supporting this growing sport for young men in Utah!

Boys Club Teams 12u-18u
Season Dues $2,350 ($470/Month July-Nov)
Practice starts in the first week of August
Season runs from August to November/December
- 2-hour practices, 2 times per week
- Half an hour strength training/conditioning
- 1.5 hours on-court
- Standard jersey package with swag and backpack
- 5 local tournaments
- May be asked to participate in additional Friday Night Spikes tournaments
Boys National Teams
Season Dues $3,350 ($558/Month July-Dec)
Practice starts in the first week of August
Season runs from August to December
INCLUDED IN DUES
- 2.5-hour practices, 2 times per week
- Half an hour strength training/conditioning
- 2 hours on-court
- Travel jersey package and swag
- Hudl volleyball analytics and stats
- 5 local tournaments
- 2 travel tournaments
- Chi-Town Boys Challenge in Chicago (October/November)
- SoCal Cup Winter Formal in Las Vegas (December)
- Extra team or individual training, as necessary
*To add Triple Crown & AAU Nationals in June would increase cost $900 per athlete (Spring)
*Does not include personal travel, lodging, or food
TRYOUTS
Cost is $25 if you pre-register online by July 17th, $30 day of or at the door.
Age group is how old the athlete will be on July 1st 2027.
Ages 8 - 15 u Saturday July 18th @ 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Ages 16u - 18u Saturday July 18th @ 5:00 PM -7:00 PM
Doors will open 1 hour before your tryout time to check-in. Be checked in and warmed up by your tryout time.
All clinics, tryouts and season practices will be held at F5 Athletics:

A deposit of $450 is due upon registration. This fee will enable the club to reserve my child's spot on the team and register my child to play for club tournaments and order uniforms. Payment plans will begin Sept 1st.
