Mallory Geniusz

My name is Mallory and this will be my third season coaching at Vortex. I have been coaching for over a decade and have coached club and high school varsity. I played volleyball and basketball in high school, and a year of soccer. Volleyball is a passion of mine because I believe it fosters an opportunity for athletes to grow individually as well as a team. My coaching philosophy is to be intentional on and off the court. I have a 5 year old son who is my whole world! When I’m not working or coaching, I love to fish, crochet, and listen to some good music. My favorite quote is by the one and only Dolly Parton, “Find out who you are and do it on purpose.” I’m looking forward to another great year at Vortex!
